Projective is formed by two senior managers from a large project management consultancy under the previous name.
Projective Ltd is established. Our first two employees joined Projective. Our current CEO joined as a Managing Director and our current Engineering Director joined as a Senior Engineer.
Projective developed the Process Energy Model. A standard approach to managing and reducing energy and water consumption within an industrial environment. This model still remains a keystone to our sustainable manufacturing solutions.
Projective completed its first major energy reduction programme for a Pharmaceutical site. Resulting in 25% energy reduction delivered in two years, whilst production volumes increased.
Projective completed major utilities refurbishment, in what was the UK’s largest brewery facility. Including upgrades to chillers, water systems, compressed air systems, cooling towers and CO2 recovery plants.
Projective started designs and innovation on Very High Temperature Heat Pumps (VHTHP), with early designs piloted within a large Pharmaceutical primary manufacturing facility in the UK.
Projective HQ moves to a new location in Fleet, Hampshire, UK.
Two founding directors retired and Ray Wellham took 100% ownership of Projective.
Projective Ireland office opens.
Projective US office opens.
Projective Italy office opens.
